Laury Communities is honored to work in tandem with Dietrich Logan, who has an established record of high intelligent design, as part of our team and board. He is also the owner of Logan Development Group, LLC.

Dietrich Thomas Logan was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina in 1979. His interest in architecture developed in his early years after winning an elementary school contest for drawing a house. While growing up in North Carolina, Dietrich was afforded opportunities to travel to numerous historic, architectural sites to include the Biltmore Estate which heightened his interests in residential architecture. Throughout the upcoming years, he began to pursue architecture through his high school curriculum.

His pursuit of architecture continued at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC-C). There he studied theological and transitional aspects of architecture. In addition to the rigorous curriculum, Dietrich designed and constructed homes for Habitat for Humanity. He received a Bachelors of Arts in Architecture from UNC-C in 2001. Upon graduation, he relocated to Atlanta with aspirations to practice residential architecture in which he gained employment at Harrison Design Associates in 2001.

At Harrison Design Associates, Dietrich has participated in numerous residential projects including custom homes and historic renovations. In conjunction with design projects, he also has been able to apply his knowledge and skills into the built environment through construction administration. Dietrich furthered his architectural studies at Southern Polytechnic State University in order to receive a Bachelors of Architecture in August of 2005.

After 7 years at Harrison Design Associates, Dietrich left to start his own design firm by the name of Logan Design Group International in 2008. Since then, Dietrich has worked on many high-end residential estates throughout the Southeast region as well as designing multi-storied commercial structures in Georgia and Florida. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is also a registered member of the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards and is currently licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.

Mr Dietrich Logan has an etablished reputation for quality and excellence in commercial and high-end residential design with construction integration. With more than 16 years of industry experience, Dietrich Logan manages each project using a proactive, client-focused approach from hand-drawn schematic drafts to confirmed construction blueprints.

Laury Communities has experience in development planning, space planning, construction administration, and design reviewing for structures in excess of 50,000 square feet. Attention to detail and laser focus are hallmarks of the Laury Communities design team.

Laury Communities makes the initial client meeting a priority, addressing questions and concerns immediately, and maintaining a high level of interaction from the onset of a project. Through conducting contract negotiation, managing construction and contractor budgeting, and presenting structured research on sustainable and energy efficient building alternatives, Laury Communities effectively supports the efficient development of each project. Senior architect, Dietrich Logan, believes in bringing the collective knowledge of the Laury Communities team into every facet of a commercial or residential project.

Laury Communities listens closely to their clients to develop a similar conception of their desires and, as a response, creates pleasing and timeless architecture.

Laury Communities generates work based on the principles of form, function, proportion and distinction and establishes these principles within the creation of each design . Laury Communities works with our clients to research and review the user, group and community by which the architecture will serve.

Laury Communities maintains a continuous effort to develop architecture that not only meets client needs but also softens the environmental impact of the design on our neighborhoods, cities, countries, and world.

Susan Myers| REALTOR – Coldwell Banker

Laury Communities, LLC is honored to work with Susan Myers, one of our trusted REALTORS. Susan Myers is so customer-focused as a real estate agent, that she brings snacks and beverages along when touring homes with buyers, to squelch hunger pangs and quench thirst. This kind of concierge-level attention and over a decade of experience have brought Susan many repeating and referral clients, and a 2021 Diamond Award for Top 10% in production. Susan is knowledgeable, dedicated and treats every buyer and seller as if they were her only client. She is affiliated with the Cobb office of Coldwell Banker Realty, serving clients from Fayetteville to Suwanee, and areas in between, including Cobb and Paulding counties.

Susan represents a broad range of clients – from first-time buyers to luxury buyers and sellers – and she’s also worked with local residential builders in new construction. No matter the price point, Susan provides an exceptional experience, because she acts as if she were in her clients’ shoes. She’s an attentive listener to wants and needs, and always makes her client’s priorities her own priorities. Susan is a straight shooter, too. She’s honest and tells her clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Susan previously worked for a commercial construction company, and is able to quickly distinguish quality craftsmanship from shoddy workmanship in a property, which is a distinct benefit for buyers.

Because she served as a marketing director with the interiors division in her prior role, Susan’s marketing savvy is a great asset that gives sellers an edge on the competition. She’s able to suggest value-added improvements and staging tips that allow a seller’s home to shine, and she advertises their home with impactful digital and print materials. Susan tackles unforeseen obstacles calmly, patiently and diligently – she strives to provide her clients with a smooth process, and minimal stress.

Susan has had a few jobs in her life that involved customer service, including being a flight attendant, so she’s a pro at establishing great relationships with both her clients and industry peers. She’s known for being hard working, resourceful, and helpful, among many other favorable attributes. When she’s not busy with real estate, Susan is involved with the American Cancer Society, most recently completing three of their 30-day challenges. She’s a woman of many and varied interests, including ziplining, white-water rafting, dancing, traveling, the beach and HGTV.

If you’re looking for a consummate professional to guide you to your real estate goals, look no further. Susan Myers is at your service!
